Bird pest netting
These nets are used to protect:
- Fishponds, fish keeps and store ponds against fish-eating birds
- Tower and bridge constructions
- Houses, facades, skylights, balconies
- Cultural heritage sites, statues and sculptures
- Cultivated plants to prevent birds from “stealing”
Fish farm netting
- Helps you cut losses in fish farming
- Effective protection against fish-eating birds (cormorants, gulls, herons, kingfishers)
Fish cages
- The cages are covered with a net mounted on (sewed into) a frame.
- The cages are covered with a net reinforced with an elastic rope around its perimeter to help to keep the net in place.
- The cages are covered with a net that is laid loose.
Fish storage ponds
- The ponds are covered with a net mounted to a steel-rope wire with snap hooks or to a stretching wire.
- The ponds are covered with a net that is fixed to a pond bank or dam using weights or pegs.
For larger ponds, you need to support the net with a lightweight support to prevent the net from touching the water surface.
There must be some space between the water surface and the net.
Our nets allow you to cover large areas by yourself. You do not need heavy machinery and the installation is fast and easy.
Lifespan of more than 10 years.
Nets can be made in custom (atypical) sizes. We can also take care of the whole delivery, including auxiliary hanging accessories (steel-wire ropes, snap-hooks, clamps etc) and net installation know-how. Protection netting can also be supplemented with wind and shade netting.u.

Bird pest netting in built-up areas
Field of use
- the protection of tower and bridge structures, facades, houses, historic landmarks, statues, sculptures, skylights or balconies.
Protects you against:
- Unwanted roosting and nesting of various birds (pigeons, swallows, house-martins etc)
- Damaging of facades and inaccessible niches and structures by bird droppings
- Disease spread in heavily built-up areas
Protection netting advantages:

Protection netting is supplied made to measure (whole area size or cut-to-size pieces).
The size of individual pieces or of the whole netting is only limited by hanging and installation options.
Netting can be tailor-made to requested size or shape - we can cut the netting out and sew it together again or deliver only a roll to cut the installation netting size from on site.
Net border is usually stitch-reinforced.
The netting surface can also be reinforced with sewed-in rope or cord upon request. However, this option is not used very often.
Nets are usually fixed to surrounding masonry using small hooks or they can be tied to the structure using plastic strips or snap-hooks(provided there is an auxiliary steel-wire rope extended to the masonry).
Nets must NOT be fixed inside net surface area, only around their perimeter.
Nets must not lie on the object they cover (sculpture, statue etc).

Based on life expectancy, nets can be divided into:
- Disposable nets (not UV stabilised) or
- Reusable UV stabilised nets
These nets provide you with a fast and effective way of protecting your crop to prevent birds from stealing.
Netting has no effect on the plant growth and harvest.
Nets are lightweight and allow you to cover large areas quickly and easily.

The piece or netting size depends only or your ability to handle it during installation.
The shape of netting can be customised on request.
For reusable netting, the net border is usually reinforced.
Usually, net is fixed around its border to anchoring wires, tension wire or it’s just freely laid on crops that are able to bear its weight.
Nets must NOT be fixed inside net surface area, only around their perimeter.
For greater surface areas and if the net is not supported by plants themselves, a simple wooden support is used.
